In the unlikely event of an Ecodan unit failing during the warranty period, please contact our technical helpline (0161 866 6089, option 4) who will be able to assist in determining the fault and its cause. 
 
On confimation that the unit is within its warranty period, the replacement spare part or unit will be identified and delivered to site.  Arrangements will also be made as to who will be carrying out the repair.
