In order to ensure you get the maximum performance from your Ecodan Heat Pump throughout its working life, you need to​ arrange for the system to be regularly serviced and maintained.​

We offer 3 different Service and Maintenance plans. Rollover the tabs to the left to find out more.

What's included?

  • Clean Ecodan outdoor unit
  • Anti-freeze check
  • Cleaning of filters
  • Removal of any trapped air
  • Check pressure
  • Check flow rate and adjust where possible
  • Check and optimise controller settings
  • Produce customer report

What's included?

All of plan 1 plus the following:

  • Check of immersion heater function
  • Test unvented safety equipment
  • Charge expansion vessel
  • Test heat up performance in heating and hot water mode
  • Check and repair ecodan insulation

Our most comprehensive level also includes full breakdown cover to offer complete peace of mind.

In addition to this, we will supply and fit a Wi-Fi Adaptor to the heating system free of charge. This will enable the Ecodan to be monitored and controlled from anywhere in the world from a PC or Tablet. We will also reduce the monthly charge by 10% for all systems connected to this service.

What's included?

All of plan 1 + 2 plus the following:

  • FREE Wi-Fi Adaptor and installation allowing PC or Tablet control 3

1. £50 excess applies and we reserve the right to charge further in the case of a wasted or unnecessary visit. 2. We aim to be with you within 24 hours. Although this cannot be guaranteed in times of peak demand. 3. Wi-Fi Adaptor installation is subject to there being compatible controls installed on the system, the availability of a suitable Wi-Fi network and the network owner’s permission to connect the device.



We understand that reading terms and conditions can be time consuming and sometimes confusing. Although we would always recommend you do so if you take out one of our service and maintenance plans, we have prepared a fr​equently asked questions document that covers some of the most common questions.
