Ecodan Ground Source Heat Pumps
A Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) is a refrigerant based system that absorbs low grade heat from the ground or water and raises its temperature efficiently to be suitable for space heating and/or hot water. Ecodan can provide water temperatures of up to 65ºC (without backup electric heater) utilising ground or water temperatures as low as -5ºC.
From an office block to a school, Ecodan offers an alternative choice to traditional heating systems. Ecodan is a reliable, sustainable heating technology and able to provide efficient space heating and hot water all year round.
Our heat pumps contain fluorinated greenhouse gases R410A and R407c.
