To ensure customers will find working with our products easy, we offer a complete range of “after-sales” technical support services. A team of highly skilled engineers is on-hand to respond to your queries regarding product installation, commissioning and fault-finding. Each dedicated support function operates Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. We also offer an out of hours emergency support service.

Spares Support

Identifying a spare part, particularly one from a 10-year-old unit, can be difficult which is why Mitsubishi Electric offers you a dedicated spares team. The team will help you identify the part, give you a price and availability, then process your order through to dispatch.
